The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska will hold a press conference Thursday at the Nebraska State Capitol to discuss the tribe’s legislative plans

Nebraska Senator Dunixi Guereca introduced the Guest Worker Permit Act in the state’s legislature Thursday, which would allow undocumented people to receive work permits.

Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig announced earlier this week he plans to introduce the Iowa Farm Act in the legislative session.
