It was produced by students in Western Iowa Tech Community College's mass communication program. We talk with the program's director Chris Mansfield.
Last weekend was the running of the Indianapolis 500. Today we talk to a Sioux City-area artist who designed the program for the event called “The greatest spectacle in racing.”
