About Mandy Engel-Cartie
Engel-Cartie is Executive Director of Girls Inc. of Sioux City. Girls Inc. helps young women to build confidence and skills. Each year more than 200 participate in the organization’s programming. After receiving a degree from Iowa State University, she achieved a master's degree in public administration from the University of Wyoming. She currently serves on several boards of directors: Iowa Task Force for Young Women, the Iowa Cancer Consortium Advisory Board, and the Siouxland Coalition to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.
