About Dr. Joanne Ciulla
Ciulla is a pioneer in the field of leadership ethics. Her list of accomplishments could fill pages. Before joining the staff at Rutgers, she helped put together the first international liberal arts leadership program at the University of Richmond. Her teaching extends to students at Harvard, Wharton, and beyond. She belongs to several editorial boards and served as president of The Society for Business Ethics and the International Society for Business, Ethics, and Economics. The Organizational Leadership Program at Buena Vista University uses her book Ethics: The Heart of Leadership.
