Adrian Kolbo who hosted the web series Sioux City Foodie and SPM's Food 4 Thought will be hosting a special event tonight for Siouxland Public Media in the Western Iowa Tech Culinary Institute. He's with SPM's Steve Smith to talk about that, and a bunch of other things too.
