What was once just utility streets and darkness, downtown Sioux City's alleyways now beckon curious art viewers. Over the years, the Alley Art Festival, put on by Vangarde Arts, has invited artists to over the walls with murals, turning this city's interior into one of the areas most interesting galleries.
