The We the Artists Art Showcase came together organically—and with urgency. Brent Stockton of Vangarde Arts tells Siouxland Public Media the idea started with one artist, but once it spread, submissions quickly poured in. At the same time, musicians at Vangarde’s open mic were debuting new songs reflecting the current state of the world. All of that creative energy will come together for the opening of We the Artists on Friday, March 27, at Vangarde Arts.
