The Woodbury County Board of Supervisors adopted five policies for the Crittenton Center to receive funding.
Policies that were adopted include the residential anti-displacement and relocation assistance plan, excessive force resolution, fair housing policy, code of conduct, and procurement policy.
According to the memo, the policies are required for local governments to receive CDBG funds.
Crittenton Center will receive $600,000 from the community development block grant funds.
Policies must be readopted based on the most current versions if they are five years or older.
