Gordon Drive viaduct project

The city of Sioux City and the Iowa Department of Transportation are currently in the right-of-way process to purchase property for the Gordon Drive Viaduct Project.

The Sioux City Council will discuss a lease proposal and set a public hearing for Mozak’s Furniture at 124th Pierce Street in its meeting Monday.

The Sioux City Council approved a predesign agreement between the city and the Iowa Department of Transportation for the Gordon Drive viaduct reconstruction, in their meeting Monday.
