Centers Against Abuse and Sexual Assault is hosting two events this week to raise awareness about sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

The Nebraska legislature discussed many topics during Tuesday’s session, including healthcare, violations of protection orders, and custody requirements.

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services announced Friday that it would release $3 million in previously appropriated funds for domestic violence services.
