At Spalding Park, we have been learning about ecosystems in science. Ecosystems are all living and nonliving things in an area and their interactions. An ecosystem has habitats, these are the places that have what organisms needs to survive. There are many different ecosystems around the world depending on where you live. In Iowa there are mainly Prairies, Savannas, and Wetlands.
