/
This weeks Weather Bosses, Lyric and Anaiah.

I’m Lyric, and I’m Anaiah, reporting for Siouxland Public Media Weather from the Spalding Park Environmental Sciences Elementary School.

Today in Sioux City, expect partly cloudy skies, a high of 55 and a low of 38. This Saturday will be partly cloudy, a high of 67 and low of 39. Sunday will bring cloudy skies, high of 66 and low of 37.

The Iowa Great Lakes will experience highs in the mid to upper 50s and lows around 40 for the weekend.

You might want to make your plans outside because it will be the warmest days of the week.

In our classes we have been learning about several different weather conditions. Since winter and snowstorms are on their way, the weeks are beginning to get colder. Keep in mind that frostbite can occur in under 30 minutes if temperature fall below 5 degrees. To prevent frostbite, make sure to wear coats, gloves, hats, and heavy clothing.

I’m Lyric, and I'm Anaiah, for Siouxland Public Media Weather.
