The Sioux City School Board went into a closed session on Tuesday to discuss matters regarding litigation.
Once the board came out of the closed meeting, it passed a motion to reach a settlement with a teacher at East Middle. The motion passed 4-0.
No further information was provided regarding the lawsuit.
