Food for Thought is on the road, traveling north of Sioux City on highways 75 and 60 toward Alton. In the shadow of a grain elevator rests our favorite place for pizza: Sfumato Pizeria. Proprietors Mark and Matt Slemp took time out of their day to chat with us, time they normally spend making fresh mozzarella, kneading dough, and bringing their oven to temperatures way above what a normal person would consider reasonable.
