This What’s The Frequency show continues the tradition of Siouxland Public Media speaking with SiouxCity International Film Festival officials and participating filmmakers in a live event.
This is the 21st annual SiouxCity International Film Festival, and it runs from through October 4, at the RE/MAX City Centre in downtown Sioux City.
In addition to 60 short films being shown, there are workshops.
Ava and Isabella Acres are American actresses who are leading a workshop called, The Craft of Acting.
Previewing that event, the Acres sisters talked about how their journeys as actresses began, changes in the auditioning process, and whether certain film genres are more difficult for actors.
