For this edition of What’s The Frequency, we journey to downtown Sioux City to shed light on the Hill House Art Collective that opened in June 2025.

It was a great opportunity to hear people describe their art and the hopes for what this distinctive 1880s era building can be for the local arts community. People can rent rooms and suites for art studios or photography endeavors or music rooms.

Those people were Ben Knoepfler, plus artists Tracie Tuttle, Jonas Lynch, Jess Hammond and Chachy Morera, who raved about the potential for what can happen in the months ahead in the Hill House Art Collective at 815 Nebraska Street.
