Peggy La, owner of Yummi Blox and Hong Kong Supermarket in Sioux City, shares a recording of her mentor, Hong Cuc Nguyen, who was a matriarch of the Siouxland Asian community. Hong Cuc left behind a legacy of culture, community, and steadfast love.
