The Republican candidates Rocky De Witt and Bob Henderson did not attend the forum.
On Wednesday night, the League of Women Voters of Sioux City is holding a Woodbury County-focused event that will feature Jeremy Dumkrieger, Daniel Bittinger, PJ Jennings and James Loomis. Bittinger and Loomis are the Republican candidates for Woodbury County Supervisor and Woodbury County Attorney. At present, Dumkrieger is the chair of the Woodbury County Democratic Party. Jennings, the Democratic county attorney, is in his fourth term.
The event begins at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 12th at Western Iowa Tech. The public is welcome. You can also stream the event on the League's Facebook page, on WIT's YouTube Channel and the Siouxland News Channel.

Also, with Election Day quickly approaching on November 8th Woodbury County's Auditor and Election Commissioner wants the public to know that changes in the law might make it harder for some to vote this time around. Pat Gill shared his thoughts with Siouxland Public Media's Sheila Brummer.
