The Iowa Board of Regents has announced the dates of the public forums for the finalists to become the next president at Iowa State University.
Forums for the presidential search will run for three days, from November 4th to 6th, and will be held at Iowa State’s Memorial Union. The forums will be available for live stream on the Iowa Board of Regents' website.
Last week, the ISU Presidential Search Committee conducted interviews with eight semifinalists. Three of four candidates accepted the committee’s recommendation for a campus visit.
After the campus visits, the Board of Regents will convene in a closed session, interview the finalists, and select a new president.
President Wendy Wintersteen has worked at Iowa State for 46 years and announced her retirement earlier this year.
