Kayla Buffalo-Chief Sirom gives a voice to her mother, Lori Ann Decora

According to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, there are approximately 4,200 unsolved cases for missing and murdered Native Americans and Alaska Natives. Lori Ann Decora, a member of the Winnebago Tribe, was beaten and stabbed in February 1992 and died a month later from her injuries.

Though it's been 33 years since her passing, Lori Ann Decora is still remembered as a loving, beautiful soul who adored her children.

Her case remains open.
