The Sioux City Public Library recently announced the Sioux City Reads book for 2023. The public picked “Calling for a Blanket Dance.” Reading Services Librarian Michael Maxwell discusses the novel and the importance of the program with Siouxland Public Media’s Sheila Brummer.
