A Holistic Health and Wellness Fair took place at the Siouxland Expo Center in Sioux City on May 16, 2021. The following interviews explore the element enhancing the mind, body, and spirit.

Beside yoga and meditation another part of the Holistic Health and Wellness Fair focused on information and products surrounding alternative health.

Siouxland Public Media’s Sheila Brummer talked to David Hall, the owner of a local hemp company who also shares his thoughts on the future of marijuana products in the state.

Another aspect of the Holistic Health and Wellness Fair at the Siouxland Expo Center over the weekend focused on relaxation and other avenues of alternative medicine. The owner of Mind and Body Connection and Bio-Chi Institute, Kathy Jensen, shared her experience with massage therapy and more with Siouxland Public Media’s Mary Hartnett.
