Another aspect of the Holistic Health and Wellness Fair at the Siouxland Expo Center over the weekend focused on relaxation and other avenues of alternative medicine. The owner of Mind and Body Connection and Bio-Chi Institute, Kathy Jensen, shared her experience with massage therapy and more with Siouxland Public Media’s Mary Hartnett.
The event also featured the metaphysical realm. Siouxland Public Media’s Sheila Brummer caught up with Jackie Bolstad, the owner of Thymes Gate.
