The Woodbury County Board of Supervisors plan to give weekly updates about the proposed new jail project. A vote on the $49 million dollar project is expected to come in March.

And the former Shopko location will have a new tenant. Wilmes Do it Best Hardware will use part of the space at the Marketplace Shopping Center.
The full-service hardware store is owned locally and operates another location in South Sioux City.
Shopko closed last summer after the company went out of business.
