The Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center is pleased to host in the Betty Strong Gallery, June 2 through July 12, the group of artists known as “Seven Women with a Brush.” Admission is free, but freewill donations are encouraged
Their exhibit is titled “Bits and Pieces.” All the paintings are from the watercolor artists: Paula Crandell, Jeanne Emmons, Carol Ratcliff, Lini Nordsiden, Vivian Miller, Jonny Blinkard, Sharon Hobart, and Mary Jo Kvidera.
Seven Women with a Brush is a regional watercolor artists group based in the Siouxland area. The collective of watercolorists originally met for classes at the Sioux City Art Center and are known for showcasing their nature, landscape, and still-life paintings at local exhibits.
