Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds says the state is still financial straits but should be able to pay all it of its bills through the end of the year. The Sioux City Council has approved a plan to do a reconstruction job on Pierce St. between 24th and 30th Streets. Bryant School is once again on track to open next August.
