As a young girl growing up in a family of 12 children, Barbara Dean said she was too bashful to let her voice be heard. But by the time the Sioux City native hit her mid-40s, Barbara felt confident to share her love of music with her church congregation. On Sunday, Barbara will be giving a special concert of classic gospel music at 4 p.m. at Mount Zion Baptist Church.
