There are five candidates for one city council seat in the upcoming primary election on October 8.  Siouxland Public Media spoke with incumbent Rhonda Capron, and challengers Julie Schoenherr, Michael Bayala, Michael O'Connor and Rosario Perez, Jr.   The candidates talk about development, jobs, bringing young people to Sioux City, and their vision for the future of the city.  Join us Wednesday, September 25 at noon at the Sioux City Public Library for a live candidate forum.  This program is a special edition of The Exchange.
