Also at the Lakes, legendary comedy troupe, The Second City plays Pearson Lakes Arts Center, and Okoboji Summer Theatre heads into the home stretch. Back in Sioux City it's African Night at 1st United Methodist Church.

The South Dakota Chorale, fresh off a several Grammy nominations for thier recent Tyberg album, perform the Rachmaninoff Vespers at the Cathedral. Vangarde Arts has several shows, Sioux City Community Theatre opens the new year with a farce and The Sioux County Oratorio Chorus is looking for singers for The Messiah.
