King Bee and the Stingers has been around since 2006 but they were just kind of another band until guitarist Mark Menefee decided to hire his daughter, Sarah on to front the band. Since then they've been piling up accolades and they've made the semi-finals in the past two International Blues Challenges. Also The Reverend Shawn Amos packs the Mudbug Brass Band around his kitchen table and we'll hear a radio hit from The Record Company.
50 years ago the Rolling Stones started playing music by old guys from Chicago, now the Chicago guys return the favor on Chicago Plays the Stones. Also hear the James Hunter Six, Samantha Fish's sister, Amanda Fish and Boz Scaggs.
