With the financial support of the Iowa Broadcasters Association, through the IBA Foundation, UNI's Department of Communication Studies is offering a unique 2014 summer internship program - working to place Electronic Media Industry Leadership Program students in IBA member radio and television stations this summer.
The IBA Foundation is underwriting scholarships to help fund this special program. Interested radio and television stations are encouraged to submit an application for one or more students.
Deadline for submitting a station application has been extended to April 18th with a limited number of students available. The attached information, explains the procedure for submitting a station application for consideration. UNI will match eligible students with station opportunities prior to June 6. This is an excellent opportunity for stations and students.
