In advance of the November 7th local and school board elections, The Exchange held a city council candidate forum at noon Wednesday at the Sioux City Public Museum.
Mary Hartnett and Bret Hayworth spoke with the two candidates: Sioux City businesswoman Julie Schoenherr, who owned and operated the Soho Kitchen and Bar on 4th Street, and Tom Murphy who served as the city's chief building inspector, among other local positions, before retiring.
