How Should You Dress for the Spooky Weekend? Ask the Weather Bosses

I’m Jordan Goins, and I am Keaton Hughes reporting for Siouxland Public Media Weather from the Spalding Park Environmental Sciences Elementary School.

Today in Sioux City, expect a high of 57 and a low of 36. For your spooky weekend, expect a high of 60 and a low of 33 on Saturday, and Sunday expect 46 for a high and a low of 27.

The Iowa Great Lakes will experience highs in the mid to upper 50’s and lows around 40 for the weekend.

You might want to make your plans outside because it will be the warmest day this week bring a jacket though.

Animal endangerment is caused by animal habitats being destroyed. Endangerment can result in some species of animals to become extinct; this means the species will no longer exist. You can help preserve animal habitats by cleaning up garbage, recycling, and limiting the amount of running water.

I’m Keaton and I'm Jordan for Siouxland Public Media Weather.

Mark Munger first began listening to public radio as a child in the back of his Mom's VW Vanagon, falling in love with the stories on Morning Edition and Prairie Home Companion and the laughter of Click and Clack on Car Talk. Through KWIT, he was introduced to the great orchestras and jazz artists, the sounds of folk and blues, and the eclectic expressions of humanity. This American Life and Radiolab arrived in his formative college years and made him want nothing more than to be a part of the public radio world.
