Join us for our Santa's Fun Run! This event will include a 5K and a NEW Kid's Dash (0.5 miles). Our 5k race will be chip timed and will start and finish at the Olson Cultural Event Center in downtown Le Mars and will lead you through residential Le Mars and onto our recreation trail. The Kids Dash will start after the 5K participants have left. The kids will run 0.5 miles, out-and-back. (not chip-timed)

Santa's Fun Run is part of the Christmas in Hometown Le Mars. Come for the race and stay for the day to celebrate the joy of Christmas in Le Mars. We encourage racers and walkers to dress up in your 'Santa Suit', ugly Christmas sweater, festive socks or any other holiday attire. Stay after the race for awards: 1st - 3rd place in all age divisions and BEST DRESSED AWARD!.

Streets will not be closed. Volunteers will be assisting with directing traffic. Ear buds & headphones are not recommended, use at your own risk. Young kids must run with a responsible adult (for 5K). No dogs. No refunds given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Packet pickup will take place Saturday, November 30th from 8:00-9:30am at the KC Hall. Day of registrations will be accepted during this time, but swag is not guaranteed. Must Register BY November 11th to order Race T-shirt.
